My crazy Snow Day

After being cooped up inside for ages because of horrid wet weather, it was amazing to get snow which made us all almost feel normal but obviously, we can do it properly because have to remain socially distanced.

On the 24th of January, we had a snow day which was really fun and just what we all needed. Now I’m going to tell you about my snow day.

It started as just me and my brothers; they had a snowball fight whilst I began making a mini snowman. After a while, I realised it was hard to do with gloves that didn’t fit, so I joined in the fun of the snowball fight when Mum, Dad and the dogs came out to play too. Our neighbours were also out, so we had a family -v- family snowball fight, which was brilliant fun.

It was Dobby’s first real snow day and he loved it. He and Bramble were running around the green like lunatics, chasing the snowballs, eating the snow. Bramble ran around with a huge snow snowball in his mouth and then Dobby and I played catch with snowballs.

New neighbours declare war

Once our first neighbours had gone in it was maybe five minutes before our newly moved in neighbours came out. We had a huge snowball fight which was hilarious, my Dad was the best and kept hitting them well (possibly too good.) My Dad had to go in though because he had hurt his arm. We continued to play in the snow for about another hour or so until it go dark and had started to snow again.
